This time, the “Magic of Personal Development” event reached Balș, at Petre Pandrea Theoretical High School.

We were warmly welcomed by both the staff and the well-prepared and organized teachers.

This high school stands out for its involvement and was recently renovated to European standards, equipped with solar panels and all the necessary facilities for students to carry out their activities in a way that benefits their development.

As usual, we were joined by Ramona Maria Buzatu and Lavinia Nasta, representatives of the Autonom Foundation. Ramona opened the event with a brief presentation of the foundation and their involvement in such important community events.

The “Dream Creator,” none other than the entrepreneur Răzvan Jianu, spoke with the students about the importance of having good mentors in their lives, whether they choose to be guided by teachers, the authors they read, or other people who can help and guide them.

The students participated enthusiastically, including in a personal development exercise related to friendship, which surely helped them.

One of the main ideas of the “Magic of Personal Development” event was “find at least one mentor who can help you.” This is what we recommended to the students, and this is what I recommend to you as well.

A mentor can:
• mirror you
• offer you different perspectives
• guide you in one direction or another
• bring to light certain information you thought was hidden/forgotten
• provide support to help you better express your mission

Whether it’s someone living or someone who has left this planet, it’s beneficial to have mentors who can assist us on our mission path.

With great enthusiasm, Mario Popescu Magic greeted the students. Mario captivated them with his magic tricks, and a brief and spontaneous moment was brought by Pionel, the Pion Media mascot.

The students were eager to join our magician on stage. Mario managed to make them laugh, stand up from their seats, and simply enjoy the magical moments.

Both teachers and students welcomed us with open arms. We talked, encouraged them to read, to pursue personal development, and entertained them with a delightful dose of magic.

We love organizing such events that can help the next generation. In addition to development opportunities, we also provide those moments of entertainment that not everyone has access to.

And if, through our efforts, we can positively influence the life of even one child, it means that we have truly lived, as the poet says!
