For individuals: you can donate 3.5% of your income tax
Until May 25th each year, you have the opportunity to donate 3.5% of your income tax to associations or other institutions, at no additional cost to you.
To do this, download Form 230, pre-filled with the association’s details, and complete Section 1, “Taxpayer Identification Information,” with your personal details.
You can personally submit the completed and signed form at the ANAF office in your county. If you use a handwritten signature, you can also send the form directly through the ANAF Virtual Private Space.

For legal entities: you can donate 20% of your corporate tax
Legal entities have the opportunity to allocate 20% of their corporate tax at the end of each year, without incurring additional costs. Otherwise, these funds will be taken by the state anyway.
According to the updated Fiscal Code, any company has the right to redirect 20% of its corporate tax to an NGO that supports various social causes.
The company must calculate the corresponding amount of 20% of the corporate tax and enter into a contract with the NGO. This contract, known as a support agreement, includes deductible expenses.
